• Final payment for all services (event planning, custom cakes, cookies, etc.) is due 14 days prior to the event date.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if payments are not made on time.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

• Cancellations made 10 days or more before the event may receive a partial refund (excluding the deposit).

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

• If The Event Kitchen must cancel your order or services for reasons beyond our control, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.

Changes to Your Order or Event

Any changes to your order, event details, or services must be communicated in writing at least 14 days in advance. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.

Liability

• The Event Kitchen is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury sustained during events where our products or services are utilized.

• Our responsibility is limited to delivering the products or services agreed upon. We are not liable for any issues arising from factors outside our control (e.g., weather, venue issues, etc.).
