How far in advance should I book your services?
Full service planning and any design work: 9 - 18 months out
Month/Day of services: 5 - 8 months out
Small Social Events: 3 - 6 months out
Large Social Events: 6 - 12 months out
Generally as early as possible is always the best. Especially if your date is during wedding season! (late spring - early fall) I am flexible if you're in a rush and I have availability! We can't have you stressing over your event! What's the difference between a Wedding Planner, Coordinator, and a Day of Coordinator?
Think of it in tiers - level of service wise, as well as spend. A Wedding Planner handles your entire wedding from the moment we're hired, and is the top tier. We'll be there for every appointment in the planning process. You can be as involved or not as you want to be. This is often described as "full-service".
Wedding Coordinator is the middle tier, the "partial planner" and requires more involvement from the couples' side. Typically most of this work is done 4 - 5 months out. We will help you review any contracts you already have and offer suggestions if you're still looking for vendors. In this package we are more of a project manager.
A Day of Coordinator is just that, present for the day of, and we get involved only up to a month in advance to gather details from you so you don't have to worry about sharing with us so close to your big day. Then the day of, we will ensure everything goes according to your plan, and take care of any coordination between your vendors. How involved will you be in the planning process?
This depends on which service is chosen, but I always go with the more I know, the more I can help you worry less. Regardless of package, I will always be there to offer advice, help go through pros and cons, and answer any questions you may have.

Do you offer tastings for custom cakes?
Wedding cakes, yes. Other cakes no. A tasting can be requested for an additional charge. How far in advance should I place my order?
As always, the earlier the better! For shipped orders, a minimum of 6 weeks from when you need the delivery to arrive. For local orders, a minimum of 4 weeks from the delivery/pickup date. For wedding cakes, 4 - 6 months in advance. Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Some, yes. I work in a kitchen that does work with gluten, so I cannot guarantee it is completely GF, but will label AVG which is avoiding gluten. Meaning it is made without gluten, but made in a kitchen that has other gluten products. I dislike nuts, so I do not have any in the kitchen, but again, I cannot guarantee something that has been contaminated with nuts has not crossed through my kitchen. I do have experience working with AVG, Vegan, and egg allergies.

For event services there are 3 tiers, starting from $1,500. Consulting will be on a case by case basis.Do you require a deposit to book?
Yes. a 50% deposit is required (across all services) to hold your date/order. Final payments are due two (2) weeks before the event/pickup/ship date. All payments are made through an invoice, and all major credit cards are accepted as well as ACH payments. Are payment plans available?
For cookies and cakes, no. Event planning and design, yes. I will work with you to create a payment plan billed through my invoicing system. Again, all major credit cards and ACH payment are accepted.

Yes! Anything outside of Duval County will incur travel charges (mileage/airfare) Any trips requiring an overnight stay will add on hotel and meal charges. How do you handle unexpected changes or emergencies on event day?
Our top priority is preparation! We plan ahead by creating alternate options for weather changes and assembling an "emergency kit" stocked with essentials for any situation that may arise. Clear communication is key, so we designate a point of contact and coordinate with vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly. With over 12 years of event experience, I’m adept at quickly assessing challenges and implementing the best solutions. Most importantly, we manage issues discreetly, keeping you informed only when necessary, so you can enjoy a seamless, stress-free event. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my event?
We understand that plans can change, and we're here to accommodate your needs as best as we can. However, to ensure fairness and adequate preparation time, the following cancellation policies apply:
More than 30 days before the event: Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event will receive a full refund, minus a [non-refundable deposit or administrative fee].

We will do our best to accommodate, but an increased rescheduling fee of 20% of total event cost will apply.
